Expander
An expander can help:
- Problems with the hind legs
- Grinding with the hind feet, nails
Function:
When the dog walks and the leg is relieved, it is lifted by the expander and pulled forward. This means that neither the feet nor the claws drag on the ground.
In addition, the legs are pulled slightly outwards so that the dog walks more stably.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- DFR/VARY Support or DFR/VARY Support X-Long
- a set of expanders and leg wraps
How to attach the expander:
1. Put the leg wraps on the hind legs
2. Clip the carabiners onto the second ring from the front
Adjustment:
The elastic band should be adjusted
so that it is slightly taut when the dog is standing normally.
