Return conditions and procedure

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with an item or wish to return it for any other reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please note the following return conditions:

1. items eligible for return

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The original packaging (only applies to packaged products) must be present and undamaged.
  • Please note that custom-made and made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged. By special and custom-made products we mean special color combinations, non-standard edgings and custom-made harnesses.

2. return deadline

  • Returns must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

3. return procedure

  1. Please call up the return form by clicking on the "Return form" button and print it out.
  2. Complete the form
  3. Please enclose the completed form with your return.

4. return costs

  • You bear the shipping costs for the return, unless the item was delivered defective or incorrectly.

5. refund

  • After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase amount.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days to the bank account indicated on the return form.

6. exchange

  • If you would like to exchange a returnable product, e.g. for a different color or size, please email info@grossenbacher-beat.ch.

Information about repairs:

Please note that we are happy to repair harnesses if this is possible. Please send your washed harness and enclose the appropriate postage for the return shipment. Broken (bitten, worn, etc.) harnesses will not be exchanged, nor will you receive a credit note for them.
