Return conditions and procedure
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with an item or wish to return it for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please note the following return policy:
1. items eligible for return
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- The original packaging (only applies to packaged products) must be present and undamaged.
- Please note that custom-made and made-to-measure items are not eligible for return or exchange. By "custom-made and made-to-measure items," we mean special color combinations, non-standard settings, and made-to-measure jewelry.
2. return deadline
- Returns must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
3. return procedure
- Please access the returns form by clicking the "Returns Form" button and print it out.
- Fill out the form
- Include the fully completed form with your return.

4. return costs
- You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was delivered.
5. refund
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to you.
- The refund will be issued within 14 days to the bank account you specified on the return form.
6. exchange
- If you would like to exchange a returnable product—for example, for a different color or size—please contact us by email atinfo@grossenbacher-beat.ch.

Information about repairs:
Please note that we are happy to repair harnesses if this is possible. Please send your washed harness and enclose the appropriate postage for the return shipment. Broken (bitten, worn, etc.) harnesses will not be exchanged, nor will you receive a credit note for them.
