Stock items ordered by 14:00 are usually dispatched on the same day. Items that are not in stock and have to be produced first are dispatched within a few working days. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, it will normally reach you within 1-2 working days.

For orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein up to an order value of CHF 150.00, we charge packaging and shipping costs of CHF 10.50. For orders over CHF 150.00, shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge.

After shipment, you will receive an e-mail or text message from our carrier with a link to track your shipment. You can also use this link to issue a drop-off authorization.

We currently only ship abroad to business customers. However, we are working on being able to supply private customers abroad directly in the future.

Yes, we offer dog harnesses in all sizes - from Chihuahua to Great Dane. We can also produce custom-made harnesses for particularly small or particularly large four-legged friends.

Thanks to their ergonomic fit and unrestricted freedom of movement, our dog harnesses offer a high level of comfort and are therefore also ideal for longer walks and hikes. The only exception is the "Guide" training harness, which is specially designed for training purposes and short training sessions.

We offer a wide range of dog harnesses and identification blankets for assistance and working dogs, from simple identification blankets to abseiling harnesses. Our harnesses are not equipped with a special holder for GPS trackers as standard. However, some GPS trackers can also be attached to harness without a special holder. On request by e-mail, we offer you the option of attaching a holder for your GPS tracker. Depending on the model, this consists of either a belt loop or a small bag.

Our harnesses can also be personalized with embroidery and rivets. Please contact us by e-mail or other means.

The edging tape is the "edge" of the harness, the fabric is the material in between.

With the size charts displayed below the products, you can choose the right harness size for your dog based on its weight and breed. If you are unsure, you are welcome to send us an e-mail with your dog's weight and breed. If possible, please also attach two pictures - one showing your dog standing from the front and one showing him standing from the side. We will then be happy to help you and give you a recommendation based on our experience.

Yes, our dog harnesses are adjustable. The models in the "Dog's Fun Run" line have adjustable belly straps, while the models in the "Vary" and "Popp-it" lines are adjustable at the neck, chest and belly straps.

We offer special harnesses for dachshunds, hunting dog breeds, Great Danes, greyhounds and bulldogs that are tailored to the different body shapes of these breeds. This ensures an ergonomic fit that allows the dogs unrestricted freedom of movement.

We offer harnesses that are ideal for growing puppies and young dogs. The Popp-it harnesses are ideal for fast-growing puppies who are having their first experience with a dog harness. The Vary line harnesses are ideal for young dogs and are available as "normal everyday harnesses", but also in versions for mantrailing and other applications to provide an ideal start to dog sports.

It is best to contact us by e-mail and describe the problem and send us two photos, one from the front when your dog is standing and one from the side when your dog is standing (both photos with harness attached, of course). We can then suggest a solution.

Our harnesses can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C in a laundry bag and then air-dried.

We are happy to offer you a spare parts service for defective buckles, sliders or loops. Please send us an e-mail to info@grossenbacher-beat.ch with a photo of the defective part and the belt width, as we have had various suppliers over the years and can therefore find the right spare part more easily.

We can offer you an in-house repair service for torn straps and fabric parts, worn edgings, defective seams, etc. You can find out more about repairs here.

The majority of our products are manufactured at our production site in Hasle b.B., Switzerland. We also work together with various social workshops in our region. Some of our products, e.g. the Vary line, are produced in a small family business in Lithuania, with which we are in close contact. We also purchase products such as Dingo (manufactured in Poland) and ACME Whistles (manufactured in England).

Yes, we source almost all materials from European and regional suppliers to ensure the highest quality and short supply chains.

Through the selection of high-quality materials and extensive testing prior to product launch. And if something does break, we offer a repair service.

Our products are first tested by our head tester, the dog Anouk, and within the team. In a second step, the products are extensively tested by professionals in the respective areas of application, who then give us their feedback.
