Our rappelling harness consists of two parts. The front part is comparable to the DogsFunRun Support harness. The rear part can be removed with a few simple steps. On sections where no special safety is required, it is sufficient to have the dog wear only the front part. The front part also allows carrying over a short distance or lifting over a ladder (similar to the Support harness). Due to the long shape and the two belly straps, the dog cannot get out of the harness or slip backwards. This is not possible even if the leash is attached to the rearmost ring.
The rear part can be attached to the front part very easily and quickly using a light alloy fastener and a plastic buckle. This ensures ideal handling in tricky situations where the dog needs to be secured quickly.
Because the dog is supported over its entire body and the attachment points are optimally placed, the dog always lies horizontally, which offers maximum comfort for the dog.
The integrated closures are mountaineering closures, each with 300kg tensile strength. On request, we can process the even stronger closures for you, which have 900kg tensile strength.
