Our abseiling harness consists of two parts. The front part is comparable to the DogsFunRun Support-harness. The rear part can be removed in a few simple steps. On sections where no special safety device is required, it is sufficient to let the dog carry only the front part. The front part also allows the dog to be carried over a short distance or lifted up a ladder (similar to the Support-harness). Due to the long shape and the two belly straps, the dog cannot get out/slide backwards out of the harness . This is also not possible if the leash is attached to the rearmost ring.
The rear part can be very easily and quickly attached to the front part using a light metal buckle and a plastic buckle. This ensures ideal handling in tricky situations where the dog needs to be secured quickly.
As the dog is supported over its entire body and the tethering points are optimally positioned, the dog always lies horizontally, which offers maximum comfort for the dog.
The fasteners used are Bergsteiger fasteners, each with a tensile strength of 300 kg. On request, we can process even stronger fasteners for you, which have a tearing force of 900 kg.
