Direct and indirect collar fitting:
When you put the collar on the dog, there should still be room for two fingers underneath.
Collar pull stop:
With the pull-stop, make sure there is room for one to two fingers under the collar when it is under tension. (It should fit snugly, but not choke the dog.)
To adjust the collar, simply slide the outer straps through the slider.
Why is the collar set loosely?
The collar should be adjusted to fit loosely. If it is not, it can put pressure on the neck muscles and cause them to stiffen.
If the collar is adjusted too tightly, it can, in the worst case, also affect the dog’s breathing.

About the collars:
Our edged collars have no sharp edges and are therefore particularly comfortable on your dog’s neck.
They are edged with the same edging tape as our dog harnesses.
To make wearing the collars even more comfortable for your dog, it’s worth choosing a wider collar, as this allows the pull to be distributed over a larger area.
The Zustopp collar is particularly suitable for dogs that like to slip out of their collars.

The collar can be washed in a laundry bag at 30°C in the washing machine or by hand.
Use a mild detergent, but avoid fabric softener, as it can have adverse health effects on your dog.
You can hang it up to dry.
The collar should not be put in the dryer or ironed.

Safety instructions:
- Check the collar for damage before use
- Never leave the dog tied up unattended
- If the collar isn't adjusted properly, the dog could slip out of it in the worst-case scenario
